This is the Quilt that Petra and I put together for our friend Kim. she has had a rough time and we thought it might cheer her up a bit and let her know we are thinking about her. The blocks were made by members of the two Patchwork Groups we are in. Not quiet finished.

Well at last I have finished the blocks and now working on the boarder. Look at this, I am happy how bright it is, not my normal colours.

Mothers Day flowers 2013

Mothers Day was OK. Ben gave me a lovely bunch of roses and Daniel didn't bother to even call. Thank you Ben, you are a kind and considerate son. Love you mate!

 Robert got me a new phone, what a thoughtful hubby you are and it was the one I really wanted, not cheap!  I cant imagine life without you but sometimes I might say otherwise! Love you too!

What does the slice do?

Well this one is for Scrapbooking. It cuts out paper, vellum etc in a selcted design any size you want between 1 and 4 inches! dont you just want to go buy one? Here are some pics of the first Design cartridge I bought.

New Toy...

Just bought a making Memories slice of a friend from work. she wants to upgrade. so i decided to help her out? Or maybe just myself, like I need another addiction! but i am frugal it was second hand!

Flowers for my Birthday and recovery.

I wont tell you how many Birthdays I have seen but it is a few. I am also off work for a few weeks recovering from an Op. so I got flowers! these are from Aunty Nick and Uncle Brian. thank you very much, they are lovely.
